For a single order, all wristbands must be in the same size. This listing includes the mold cost for one size. Additional sizes will incur a $25 mold fee per size.

Answer: Yes, we share the proof for approval before moving to production.

Answer: Yes, you can cancel the order any time before moving to production. But can’t cancel after approval and moving to production.

Answer: Regular Shipping takes 9-11 days based on location. And Express Shipping takes 5-7 days based on location.
Q4. Can I take different color in the same order?
Answer: Yes, you can take different color. As long as the message/design and size same, there is no extra cost for different colors.
Q5. What is 1 Pcs Random Sample?
Answer: 1 Pcs Random Sample Means Random Silicone Wristband with a message that was produced for another buyer (with his/her message, not your message). It will be sent to you as sample for checking quality. And Random sample will be be sent with economy shipping which will take 13-18 Days.
Q6. What is Digital Proof Only?
Answer: Digital proof means you will see how the wristband will look through a proof (digital proof only). You will get no physical wristband with this option.
